About Fromzel/Kuperman Law

We are small general practice law firm. Being a small firm allows us to give personalized service to each of our clients based on their individual issues and situations. We are dedicated to providing personal service to every client. We seek to build long-term relationships with our clients and see them as more than just another “case.” We know that our clients’ legal issues do not exist in a vacuum and are interrelated with other things that go on in their lives. We strive to understand our clients’ “big picture” goals and concerns first and then craft legal solutions which will work for them. We also know that our clients’ legal matters are of utmost importance to them and we do not distinguish them as “big” or “small” cases. They are all “big” cases to us. When you hire our firm, you will always have direct access to your attorney. Your case will never be handed off to a paralegal or an intern. All your calls and e-mails will go directly to one of our attorneys.

Our attorneys represent clients in the States of Connecticut and New York in a broad range of legal issues, including family law, criminal defense, immigration, landlord-tenant matters, civil litigation, employment law and business law. Sometimes a client will have two or more legal matters that are related or interconnected and our broad range of representations allows us to handle multiple issues in different areas of law as a single problem with a “global” resolution.

Our attorneys also speak Russian and Spanish and can directly, without an interpreter, assist those clients who are more comfortable dealing with an attorney who speaks and understands their language.

FEES:

Our fees are reasonable. We realize that sometimes, our clients cannot afford all the legal help they need and deserve. This is why we offer flexible payment plans, and some people may even qualify for our reduced fee schedule. In any event, we will try to find a solution that would fit your budget.
